This jerky was exceptional. Tender, but chewy plus the sweetness and warmth were being nicely balanced. If you like fewer sweet or maybe more warmth, you could potentially change accordingly, but Be aware that Jen suggests the sugar locks in moisture and tenderizes. Many thanks Jen!
